Description

Soft potato dumplings made with fresh potatoes, flour, Parmigiano Reggiano and eggs. Must be kept in freezer. Ready from frozen in 2 minutes. 1lb Bring plenty salty water to a boil, and toss gnocchi in. After a minute or 2, when gnocchi start floating, remove them with a strainer.
