The genetics of the hogs contain a cross of Eastern European Wild Boar, Yorkshire, Chester, Duroc, Tamworth, Hampshire and Black. Riverdog Farm hogs are certified organically raised animals by CCOF. Our meat is processed at non-certified organic USDA facilities, and therefore, pork is not certified organic.
