Umbel Roots is growing pasture-raised pork for your freezer! Reserve now for January 15th, 2025, picked up at the farm. Out of 1/2 pig you'll receive roughly 80-100 of hanging weight pork (you pay the farm $4.50per pound hanging weight). To be cut up into your specifics cuts (to be talked about with the butcher), you pay the butcher around $1 per pound to cut the pork up. That's roughly 65-85 pounds of finished meat. Your payment is a deposit, with your deposit to be taken off the finished weight at pickup.
